User Services Agreement

Introduction

Welcome to using our products and services provided by us (the service provider of BitBrowser, hereinafter referred to as “we”). This User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) applies to the various products and services provided to you by BitBrowser via its website, software, client, and any new forms emerging with technological advancements. Please carefully read and fully understand the terms of this Agreement, especially those that exempt or limit liability, and choose to accept or decline them. Clauses limiting or exempting liability may be highlighted in bold to draw your attention. Unless you have read and agreed to comply with all the terms of this Agreement, please do not download, install, or use this software and service. By clicking to agree, downloading, installing, using, or logging in, you are deemed to have read and agreed to comply with the terms of this Agreement.
You agree that our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Payment Verification Policy, Refund Policy, KYC Policy, and other policies occasionally announced by BitBrowser constitute an integral part of this Agreement. We may amend these terms from time to time. If changes are made, we will notify you of significant changes either by posting them on the website or sending you an email. The new version of these terms will not be applied retroactively, and we will inform you of the exact effective date of the new version, which will be indicated at the beginning of this Agreement. If you continue to use BitBrowser software and services after the changes, it will signify your acceptance of the new terms. We reserve any and all rights not expressly granted in this Agreement, including but not limited to all rights related to the products and service systems.
BitBrowser grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use this software. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any special, incidental, direct, or indirect infringement or loss incurred by your use or inability to use this software, even if previously advised of the possibility of such damages.
Violation of the terms of this Agreement will result in the termination of your account. You agree to bear the risks associated with using BitBrowser software and services independently.

Account Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to register a BitBrowser account, or you must be of sufficient age to enter into a binding agreement in the jurisdiction where you reside. If you are under 18, you may not use BitBrowser software and services unless you have obtained the consent of a parent or guardian (who agrees that you will comply with the Service Agreement).
You need to register in order to use BitBrowser software and services, choose an account name, and set a password. Your information will be collected and disclosed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. You must provide truthful and accurate information when registering or accepting services; please do not use invalid or someone else’s email address. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and password security, and we reserve the right to verify all user information and deny access to any user. You are legally responsible for the activities under your registered account and password. You agree not to disclose your account and password information to others under any circumstances. If you suspect that someone else is using your account, you should immediately notify us. We are not liable for any loss caused by others using your password or account, whether with or without your knowledge.
We do not guarantee the security, accuracy, validity, or other uncertainties of results achieved through services and content provided by third-party systems or support. Any disputes or damages arising from this are unrelated to us, and BitBrowser assumes no responsibility.
You must not use BitBrowser software and services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. When using the software, you must not violate any laws of your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright law) or any other applicable legal provisions.
You agree that, during the provision of services, we or third-party advertisers may send you advertisements, promotions, or promotional information (including both commercial and non-commercial information) via SMS, email, or electronic communication methods. You agree that, for advertisements appearing within our services, you should carefully assess their authenticity and reliability, and, unless required by law, you are responsible for any transactions conducted based on such advertisements.

Prohibited Actions

You must comply with applicable laws and regulations and must not use BitBrowser software and services for any of the following actions, nor provide facilitation for such actions:
1. Endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power, undermining national unity, or damaging the national honor and interests.
2. Promoting cults and superstitions.
3. Spreading rumors, disturbing social order, or undermining social stability.
4. Disseminating obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, murderous, terrorist, harassing, vulgar content, or inciting criminal activity.
5. Insulting or defaming others, infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others.
6. Infringing upon others’ intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or other legal rights.
7. Using the software to fabricate facts, conceal the truth, or mislead and deceive others.
8. Engaging in illegal internet activities such as betting or gambling.
9. Deleting or modifying any ownership management electronic information on the software.
10. Intentionally bypassing or destroying the technical measures implemented to protect the software’s copyrights.
11. Violating national regulations by deleting, modifying, adding, or interfering with the functionality of computer information systems, causing them to malfunction.
12. Unauthorized access to or use of computer information networks or network resources.
13. Unauthorized deletion, modification, or addition of computer information network functions.
14. Unauthorized deletion, modification, or addition of data or applications stored, processed, or transmitted in computer information networks.
15. Disrupting the normal operation of the software system or website, intentionally spreading computer viruses or other destructive programs.
16. Engaging in the resale of subaccounts under the management of BitBrowser products or authorized users in any manner.
17. Engaging in any activities that endanger computer information network security.
18. Any other actions that violate public morals or are prohibited by laws and regulations.
You commit not to use any type of software or device (whether manual or automated) to “crawl” or “spider” any part of BitBrowser software and services, nor to crack or reverse-engineer any content of BitBrowser.
You understand and agree that if you engage in any prohibited actions under this agreement, use BitBrowser software and services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, or engage in any other actions that violate this agreement, we have the right to impose strict restrictions or penalties based on reasonable judgment for violations of relevant laws, regulations, or this agreement. We may take appropriate legal action against any violators, report relevant information to authorities as required by law, and you will bear all legal responsibility for any consequences arising from such violations.
You understand and agree that, if you violate this agreement or the relevant service terms, leading to or causing any claims, demands, or losses from third parties, you will be solely responsible for such liability. If we suffer any losses as a result, you will also compensate us. If we have previously undertaken liability based on an effective judgment, ruling, or similar, we have the right to seek full reimbursement from you.

Fee Terms

Please visit our payment policy page for details on the pricing and latest offers for all of our services. Some features of BitBrowser are free (1. Free features are prohibited from being used in virtual machines, 2. Only one account per device is allowed to use the free features), while some features require payment. If you agree to our payment policy and order the relevant features, you agree to pay the associated fees. The prices of all services (including but not limited to the monthly subscription fee for software) may change. Price changes will be published on the official BitBrowser websites, such as https://www.bitbrowser.cn, https://www.bitbrowser.net, https://www.bitbrowser.ru, or within the software itself.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue this service (or any part of it) at any time or without notice. We shall not be held liable to you or any third party for any modifications, price changes, suspensions, or terminations of this service.

Refund Policy

To the extent permitted by law, we may adjust subscription prices. If you have enabled automatic renewal, the system will automatically deduct the corresponding fees from your payment account based on the feature plan you selected. You also agree that the balance in your account may be used to subscribe to other paid features, plans, or services, and will be consumed until depleted. We do not provide any refund services. The features, plans, or services you have purchased are final payments and are non-refundable!

Termination of Agreement

This agreement becomes effective from the moment you accept these terms of use and remains valid indefinitely until either party terminates it. We have the right to suspend or terminate your account or services at any time for any reason, which may result in your account being deactivated or deleted, access to your account being restricted, and all content within the account being deleted or cleared. We will not be liable for any compensation. We reserve the right to refuse to provide services to anyone at any time for any reason.
You can contact us at any time through our official customer service or at: bitbrowser#qq.com (replace “#” with “@”). Please note that after terminating your account, access to certain parts of our website or services may be immediately prohibited. We have the right to terminate this agreement with you if:
1. You violate any applicable laws while using our website or services;
2. You breach this agreement or the terms of the website or services;
3. We believe your actions legally harm our business interests.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, text, graphics, images, logos, buttons, icons, interfaces, audio, video, and all combinations of these elements on the BitBrowser website or products are the exclusive property of BitBrowser or its respective content providers and are protected by applicable copyright laws. All software used on the website is the property of BitBrowser or its respective software suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright laws and other related legal protections and treaties. Website users are prohibited from sending/uploading any content that infringes on the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others to this website.
All trademarks, service marks, and commercial names (collectively referred to as “Marks”) used on the BitBrowser website or products are the exclusive property of BitBrowser. These Marks may not be used for any non-BitBrowser products or services, or in any manner that could cause consumer confusion, defame, or tarnish the reputation of BitBrowser or its services.

Any suggestions, information, ideas, or feedback you provide to us regarding any BitBrowser software or services, including but not limited to any documentation reporting errors you encounter while using the software or related services (collectively referred to as “Feedback”), will become the property of the company. You agree to transfer all rights, including but not limited to ownership, interests, and related intellectual property rights, of the “Feedback” to BitBrowser free of charge and agree to assist us in perfecting and exercising these rights globally.

Disclaimer

We recommend that you regularly back up your data. You are always responsible for mitigating any loss! This software is not fault-tolerant software, nor is it designed for or intended for use in any security-critical applications. BitBrowser does not guarantee that the website or products containing services will be error-free or uninterrupted, nor do we promise that the website or services or servers will be free of any harmful effects. BitBrowser makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the services provided. BitBrowser does not guarantee that you may legally use the website or services in any specific jurisdiction, and we expressly disclaim any such guarantees.
We will not intervene in any disputes between users or between users and any third parties related to the use of the services. By using the services, you agree that BitBrowser will be held harmless from any claims or demands related to such disputes and services (whether known or unknown, suspected or unexpected, public or undisclosed). You will bear full responsibility for any results incurred from using the BitBrowser website or services, including any damage or loss caused to any party due to your actions.

In the event of a dispute during the performance of this agreement, both parties shall attempt to resolve the issue through timely negotiation. If negotiations fail, either party may file a lawsuit directly with the People’s Court of Changping District, Beijing.
